Shipping & Delivery
At Aesthetix Labs, we offer shipping options designed to support reliable order delivery. Enjoy FREE USPS Priority shipping on orders over $250 grand total.
Our shipping methods include:
- USPS Priority – $10 flat fee
- FedEx 2 Day, delivered in 2 business days – $30 flat fee
- FedEx Overnight – $50 flat fee
Orders that are placed, paid for, and processed before 12 noon CT typically ship out the same business day. Orders submitted, paid, and processed after 12 noon CT, as well as orders placed on weekends or holidays, will ship out the following business day.
Returns & Replacements
Due to regulations and the sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if your order is shipped incorrectly or you receive items that do not match your order, please contact us by email. We will review the issue and promptly issue a replacement for your original order where applicable.
